Nature of Pre-Orders
Pre-orders are advance purchases for products that are not yet in stock. Estimated delivery dates are provided as a guide only and are subject to change due to manufacturing or shipping delays beyond our control.

Combining Pre-Orders with In-Stock Items
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, all products will be shipped together once the pre-order item(s) become available.

Payment
Full payment is required at the time of placing your pre-order. This payment guarantees your reservation for the selected item(s).

Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund any time before the product has been dispatched. Once the item has been shipped, our standard return policy applies.
If we are unable to fulfil your pre-order for any reason (e.g., product discontinuation or supplier issues), you will be notified promptly and receive a full refund.

Shipping and Delivery
Estimated shipping dates are between December (2025) and January (2026) depending on purchase date. These dates are subject to change, and we will keep you updated via email if there are any significant delays. Orders will be shipped in the order they were received once inventory becomes available.
